Who we are

Hollow Farm is a family-run operation raising chickens on open pasture in regional New South Wales. We keep our flock small enough to manage by hand and move them across fresh grass every week.

Every bird is processed on-site, in small batches, and most are sold within days. We don't hold stock in cold storage for weeks at a time; what we raise this week is usually gone by the weekend.

We're not chasing scale. We're chasing a chicken that tastes like something, raised somewhere you can actually visit.
